2013 QIANLONG C.H.A.O. NEW MEDIA ART EXHIBITION | TAIPEI PALACE MUSEUM

We planned and designed a groundbreaking new media art exhibition for Taipei Palace Museum in 2013, sampling from the renowned Chinese emperor Qianlong. We created a modern virtual emperor, getting the visitors more involved by looking into and debating about the love and aesthetic of the collection of both the original and modern Qianlongs. It’s a rather experimental and at the same time exciting attempt. * With great honour, Qianlong C.H.A.O. New Media Art Exhibition received a Silver MUSE Award for “Interactive Kiosks” from AAM (American Alliance of Museums) in 2014 and a Platinum REMI for “New Media—Interactive” from WorldFestHouston International Film & Video Festival. * Withdrawn in March, 2014, we’re now planning for a world tour.
